These cabins are open year-round in Jasper National Park.

Is there anything that gives the warm fuzzies quite like cuddling up next to a crackling fireplace in a log cabin while snow falls gently outside the window? There are nearly 500 cabins to rent in Jasper, ranging from cozy riverside cabins to luxurious log refuges that British royalty have stayed in, but most of them aren’t open through the winter. Pair heritage aesthetic with modern comforts in a beautiful home-away-from-home, and take part in our longstanding cabin culture by booking a stay in one of these year-round havens.

Bear Hill Lodge

Located in a peaceful corner of Jasper, Bear Hill Lodge's accommodations are the only cabins right in town. Whatever your style or group size, there's an option to suit, from studio cottages to heritage log cabins, from chalets to homestead log houses.

While real wood-burning fireplaces and earthy furnishings maintain the rustic cabin vibes of yesteryear, curated artwork and chic decor touches lend a modern feel to the cozy spaces. Rich in texture and honest comforts, each cabin is unlike any other.

Fully equipped kitchens and luxurious duvets facilitate snug evenings in, and a dog-friendly policy (with advance reservation and pet fee) means memories from the retreat will include truly the entire family.

Newly opened in 2023: family cabins and cottages, plus two-storey Homesteads constructed from pine logs from Quebec.
