Hayley oversees the day-to-day administrative and financial management of the office. She also assists in Shareholder relations and membership registrations.

Emily plays a pivotal role in the evolution of creating a compelling social presence that increases the destination brand visibility. Additionally, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies for the Tourism Jasper Earned Media and Influencer portfolio, while fostering relationships with regional and international media and influencers.

Meg oversees the daily operations of the visitor information centre by supervising a team of highly trained Local Experts and ensuring they provide a high level of customer service. She also oversees the distribution of promotional materials and park passes.
