The experience is unique; Jasper Motorcycle Tours was the first in North America to do Harley Davidson sidecar tours, and the company has been distinguished by Destination Canada as a once-in-a-lifetime Signature Experience.

Offering local knowledge, quality gear and expert guides, the tours can last one, two or three hours and depending which length of time you choose the itinerary can be customized in terms of where you go. Have an M licence and an independent spirit? Rent your own hog for four, eight or 24 hours and ride off into the sunset.

Thanks to the sidecar, all ages and abilities (including people who use a wheelchair) can participate in the tour and experience the thrill of riding. Each sidecar motorcycle can carry two guests and your personal guide/driver will stop for photo opportunities along the way, at which time the guests have the option of switching places from the back of the bike to sidecar.

“It’s in my blood,” says company owner Candace Broughton, who got on her first motorcycle at nine years old and hasn’t stopped riding since. “I’m doing what I love.” Broughton is proud of Jasper Motorcycle Tours’ safety record (100 per cent since they launched in 2007) but even more fulfilled by the joy she’s able to bring to people.
