Against a backdrop of breathtaking winter scenery, two brand new standout food-and-drink must-do's are showcasing regional flavours and paired Canadian wines.
From an intimate Chef’s Table Experience that includes five-course gourmet menus and carefully paired wines at top Jasper restaurants, to the vibrant Après Wine event that whisks guests between four of the town’s favourite dining spots for guided wine tastings and indulgent bites, these exclusive events a true feast for the senses.

Raise a glass (or several) to this fun, chauffeured evening that will see diners sample up to 40 wineries at four of Jasper's favourite restaurants: Evil Dave's Grill, Olive Bistro, Papa George's , and Silverwater. Each pour is paired with chef-inspired bites and storytelling from wine representatives from across Canada.
Guests can choose their starting location, with 25 seats available at each. Dress up, relax, and soak in the winter magic without worrying about transportation: complimentary shuttles will take you between each venue, ensuring a seamless night of sipping and cozy winter conversation. Each stop includes a 45-minute guided tasting, where our wine representatives will share the story behind each pour.

Gather around a shared table and enjoy five chef-curated courses at one of Jasper’s premier restaurants: Evil Dave's Grill, Olive Bistro, Silverwater, or Papa George's. Each restaurant will serve a unique menu designed to delight your palate. Wine & Spirit representatives will guide you through the tasting notes of expert pairings, while sharing insider background and tasting notes behind each pour.
