Prepare yourself for Jasper’s tastiest culinary competition: the Poutine Showdown. During Jasper in January, we are looking to award ‘Jasper’s Top Poutine’. The poutine is a classic Canadian dish we all know and love, but who can create the tastiest one? The most unique one? The craziest one? Restaurants will have to win the heart and stomachs of the public to win the Poutine Showdown. You can vote once per restaurant, so try as many poutines as you can. Vote for your favourite and the winner will be announced at the Street Party on January 27.
