Wild Life Distillery to host a Canadian Rye Whisky tasting in Jasper. Guided by Sarah Crerar, you’ll explore a curated tasting of three remarkable spirits:
- Rye Whisky – A quintessential Canadian classic made from 100% locally grown rye.
- Sherry Cask Single Malt – Aged over four years and finished in PX Sherry Casks for a rich, complex dram.
- Wheat Whisky – The first-ever whisky from Canmore and a Canadian Whisky Awards winner.
Alongside the guided tasting, enjoy bespoke cocktails, soft live music, and the warm atmosphere of Ursidae Lair. A selection of wine, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and food will also be available, plus a fine offering of cigars for those who wish to indulge.
