Thinking you could use a weekend away? Here are 7 reasons why the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge's Pajama Party is the perfect place to spend your next girl’s trip:

1 Location, location, location!

This one’s a no-brainer! Surrounded by spectacular views, abundant wildlife and endless outdoor activities, the Jasper Park Lodge provides the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend with your gal pals.

Want some extra time to explore the surrounding area? Extend your stay and spend that additional time hitting the slopes at Marmot Basin, hiking around the wilderness or fat biking one of the surrounding trails.

2 Delicious dishes and drinks

Come with an appetite, because you’ll be fed really well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included (plus, who doesn’t love a decadent dessert paired with a glass of wine?)

3 Everything is planned

From the minute you arrive until the afternoon of your departure, the Jasper Park Lodge ensures that guests have a stress-free experience. All you need to do is show up, look at the schedule, decide which classes interest you and go!

If you don’t feel like driving, you don’t have to! The hotel also offers return transportation from Edmonton for those who would rather leave their car behind.

4 You’ll learn something new

Want to improve your cake decorating game? How about how to make the perfect floral centerpiece? Regardless of which workshops you choose to do, you’re guaranteed to learn something from one of the talented guest instructors.

5 Special guests Galore!

In addition to welcoming celebrity guest (and former Bachelorette) Jillian Harris as a keynote speaker for the 2017 PJ Party gala, the Fairmont also invited plenty of talented designers and drink connoisseurs for the weekend. Some of the special guests included Jacqueline Jacek from Jacek Chocolate Couture, home and floral designer Cory Christopher, Charton Hobbes’ Elise Usunier and mixologist Micah Dew.

6 You can dress up or dress down

The choice is yours— it’s a PJ party after all! Whether you decide to walk around the hotel all weekend in a onesie or an elegant dress, the Fairmont encourages women to dress in what makes them most comfortable. You do you girl!

7 You’ll find (and make) unique items to bring home with you

In between sessions, take a peek at the PJ Party pop up shop to pick up some great decorating pieces, tasty treats, cozy PJ’s and the perfect accessories! This year, Edmonton based companies Poppy Barley and Cloud Nine Robes had plenty of beautiful items for attendees to purchase and bring back home.

With nearly every workshop being interactive, there are plenty of opportunities to bring back some handmade gifts as well!
