Biking

With hundreds of kilometres of mountain bike trails and numerous road riding options, biking is an excellent way to explore the wonders of Jasper National Park. Trails range from easy to difficult, and the biking season typically extends from May to October.

Mountain Biking

Notable amongst mountain biking enthusiasts, Jasper maintains one of the best trail systems within Canada’s National Parks. No matter how busy the town of Jasper may appear, mountain biking is the perfect outdoor activity for travelers looking to venture beyond.

Fat Biking

Experience Jasper’s awe-inspiring winter cycling terrain by fat biking through frozen paths and ice-covered lakes. With tires that are almost twice the size of regular summer mountain biking tires, this epic winter sport allows cyclists to stay on top of the snow rather than fighting against it.

With events like the Frosty’s Fat Bike Race Series during Jasper in January, Jasper National Park maintains its reputation as the go-to destination for year-round biking.
