Ice Wine: A Winter Treat

Ice wine is made from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. Because the sugar in the grapes does not freeze, more is released in smaller amounts of grape juice. This creates a highly concentrated wine that is especially sweet and pairs nicely with dessert. Sign us up!

Ice Wine is not exclusive to Canada, but we are one of the world's largest producers, with the majority coming from Ontario.
