HOW TO DRESS

Summers in Jasper are nice and warm, enjoy the sun on your skin as you walk around town. It’s best to pack a sweater or waterproof windbreaker for adventures further out, since mountain weather is famous for its ability to change quickly!

For those venturing beyond the town, grab those hiking shoes or boots to protect your ankles from the natural ground. Running shoes work too, but make sure you have something that will grip the ground beneath your feet.

Shorts are great for during the day, but we recommend bringing some pants too. When the sun goes down, so can the temperature. For those evenings spent taking advantage of the dark sky in Jasper, an extra layer is great to keep away a cool summer breeze.

And of course, don’t forget your bathing suit! With three great beaches to visit and lots of water sports to enjoy, I would be a shame to forget your trunks at home!
