Yukigassen aka Snow Battle comes to Jasper!

Jasper is hosting the first Canadian Rocky Mountain Snow Battle this January during the annual Jasper in January festival! Yukigassen is Japanese for Snow Battle. That's right, it's an organized Snowball Fight. Although Yukigassen was developed by the Japanese, this sport is about as Canadian as it gets and we are hosting a battle right here in Jasper on January 28, 2012.
